Can I shop without creating an account?

Yes, you can shop as a guest. However, creating an account makes it easier to track your orders, save shipping details, and speed up future checkouts.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp. You can use that to monitor your shipment in real time.

I didn’t get a confirmation email. Did my order go through?

If you don’t receive an order confirmation within 15 minutes, please check your spam/junk folder. If it’s not there, it’s likely your order didn’t go through. You can place it again or reach out to us.

Can I update my shipping address after placing the order?

Please contact us immediately. If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll try to update it. Once shipped, changes cannot be made.

How can I check my past orders?

If you’ve created an account, you can sign in and view your order history under “My Account.” Guest orders can be tracked via the confirmation email link.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

Go to the Sign In page, click “Forgot Password,” and follow the instructions sent to your email to reset it.

How will I know if my order has been received?

You’ll receive an email confirming your order shortly after placing it. Orders are shipped once payment is verified.

What if something is missing from my order?

Can I cancel or edit my order after placing it?

Unfortunately, once an order is confirmed, we can’t make changes or cancellations. Please review all details carefully before placing your order.

Can I add items to an existing order?

If the order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll try to accommodate your request. However, this may delay the overall delivery timeline.

I received the wrong or a damaged item. What now?

We’re sorry to hear that! Please contact our support with a photo and your order number. We’ll help with a return or replacement.

Why did my item disappear from my cart?

Items are not reserved until checkout is completed. If an item becomes unavailable, it may be removed from your cart automatically.

Do you offer guaranteed delivery dates?

While we aim for timely delivery, exact dates can't be guaranteed due to order volume, payment verifications, and shipping conditions.

Are shipping costs included in the product price?

No. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Customs duties and local taxes (if applicable) are also not included in product prices.

What happens if I enter the wrong delivery address?

If the address is invalid or incorrect, your package may be returned. Please ensure all details are correct at checkout. Redelivery costs may apply.

Will I be charged customs duties?

Depending on your country, duties and taxes may apply. These are payable by the customer and not included in our product prices.

Can I send a surprise gift to someone?

Absolutely! Just ensure the recipient is informed to expect a package. If not, they may refuse the delivery. Delivery charges for undelivered packages are the customer’s responsibility.

Are your online promotions available in stores?

Some offers are exclusive to our online store. Terms and conditions apply to each promotion, and expiration dates are strictly enforced.

Do you offer price adjustments?

We do not offer price matching or adjustments after an order has been placed.

How is delivery processed?

Our courier partners usually make two attempts to deliver. A signature may be required. They may also contact the recipient for coordination if needed.
